ABSTRACT This project work deals on “The impact of welfare scheme on the motivation of worker in public service” using NTA Aba as a case study. The aim of this study is to examine the motivational instrument enjoyed by workers that results to productivity in NTA Aba also to determine the extent to which motivation improves workers performance in NTA Aba. And the need for this study lies on the facts that the provision of staff welfare scheme will motivate the workers for greater performance toward efficiency and effectiveness.
